Improving Ease of Communication

The school is delighted to be rolling out an online communication tool to parents to help streamline communication between reception, teachers and parents. This will interface with TASS, our new school management system, keeping all of the information related to your children and school in the one spot.

Parents can choose to connect with their mobile device by downloading the Parent Orbit App, or you can connect via a desktop website to access the same information in the Parent Portal.

Install the App

You can use your mobile phone by downloading the ParentOrbit App – set your notification preferences and then retrieve relevant information, acknowledge attendance issues, update medical details and other features.

Scan the QR code on your mobile phone. (or follow this link)
You’ll be directed to the Apple or Google store.

Click the Install button. After the app is installed, our school will be loaded as an account.
Click on our school name, then tap the login button.
Enter your Parent Portal credentials onto the login screen that appears. You are now ready to check out our new app. We look forward to hearing your feedback.

Parent Portal

The Parent Portal is a Desktop Website interface to the school’s management systems for parents.

To access the Parent Portal on your Desktop / Laptop Computer then simply follow the link.
