Early Childhood Teacher (Prep) – 0.2/0.4FTE for 2023

We are seeking an Early Childhood Team Member. This is a part-time position, working two days per week, facilitating a program for our Prep students. Applicants will be appropriately qualified, enthusiastic & innovative educators, with a genuine interest in Steiner Education.

Key Selection Criteria

Demonstrated understanding of child development and educational foundations, as outlined by Rudolf Steiner.
Proven commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
Proven experience and commitment to excellent parental communication.
Demonstrated ability to engage and educate the parent community on Early Childhood development and Steiner educational foundations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
Evidence of ability to influence, support and motivate team members.
The willingness to participate in college meetings and other school community activities.
